Fairs & Events:
We plan to attend a few events during the next couple of months including the LEEDS (Pudsey)
MILITARIA FAIR on the 13th April,the LONDON ARMS FAIR on the 2nd & 3rd May; BEDFORD
Arms & Militaria Fair on 11th May; and the ‘INTERNATIONAL’,BIRMINGHAM,at the National Motorcycle Museum (on Junction 6 M42 motorway) on Sunday 8th JUNE. Looking ahead we are
also planning to exhibit at the War & Peace Show at BELTRING which opens on the 16th JULY.
If you would like to see anything listed on our website at any of these events,please give us a call
and we can then bring the item to that fair to show you.
Japanese Swords-Awards:
We have a number of items new in stock including a Koto period Wakizashi in Kai-gunto mounts,
a scarce Naval Kyu-gunto,a selection of Naval Parade Sabres,Naval Officers Katanas,and 4 Naval
Officers Dirks. At this time we have around 10 Kai-gunto in stock,possibly the best selection you can find anywhere.We have a couple of Gendaito in Shin-gunto mounts,one by a 2 million yen rated
smith,also a Shin-gunto with a Shinto blade circa 1650.Civilian swords include a particularly long
blade 33 ¾” in shirasaya,a very good Shin-shinto Wakizashi all complete,and a super Koto Wakizashi
with papers.We have some nice uniforms including a Generals Parade Tunic with Kepi and a Generals Field Service Tunic,a superb Majors Full Dress Uniform with Kepi,a Naval Officers white Tunic and Peaked Cap,and a scarce Naval O.R.’s Uniform.
Third Reich Collectables:
We have listed a selection of Third Reich Swords & Daggers. These are
getting harder to buy,with strong demand from East European Dealers,and consequently prices are
rising sharply,particularly in the U.S.A. With a very strong Euro prices in Europe are now generally
higher than the U.K. We have more work to do on this area of the site.We have a selection of original
medals and awards,and some paperwork groups/documents to list.
Antique Swords,Guns,& Militaria: We are in the process of updating this section.We do have some
British Swords new in stock,and also some antique guns including Civil War period revolvers, a nice
Remington with some finish, a Rogers & Spencer, a Colt Pocket, a Manhattan, etc.
British Medals & Soviet-Russian Awards:
We do find this area difficult.If we do get any good British Medals at realistic prices they do tend to
sell before we get chance to list them.Anyway we will try to find a few items to offer our website
customers as soon as we can. USSR medals and decorations have now become next to impossible
with supply almost non-existant,and Russian demand much stronger than the home market for any better quality items.We are trading on our old stock where we managed to buy quantities when there was availability a few years ago.That supply is now almost exhausted.

A Third Reich SA Dagger marked RZM 7/9 and dated 1941. This later model dagger has plated fittings over base metal,brown wooden grip with SA badge and eagle and swastika badge inset,medal scabbard retaining almost all of the original brown painted finish,with plated fittings and hanging ring. |

A Third Reich 1934 pattern transitional period Luftwaffe Officers Dagger by SMF. This dagger has silver plated fittings to the hilt and silver plated hanging chains with belt clip,but the blue leather covered scabbard has silvered aluminium fittings (An untouched US veterans war souvenir,so unchanged since used in service). |
